Director of Intercollegiate Athletics

Fowler has served as the assistant athletic director for three years at BMCU, and prior to that was head baseball coach for 11 years.

Fowler, who started the baseball program 14 years ago, takes the reins from outgoing athletic director Will Lowrey.

"During Curt's long tenure at BMCU, he has earned the respect and the admiration of his colleagues and peers," BMCU President Dr. Barbara McMillin said. "Curt's belief in the mission of the institution combined with his willingness to invest in the lives of student-athletes render him highly qualified to take on this role. We are confident he will provide stellar leadership of our intercollegiate athletic program."
Fowler will oversee a collegiate department with 17 NAIA programs, including 10 non-NAIA clubs and programs.
