I am Petroné Rudolph and I am from Eswatini, a small country bordering South Africa. I am currently a sophomore and my major is Business Administration. I play on the Blue Mountain Golf team. It was a big decision for me to decide to come to the US, coming from a small country. I prayed about it for a long time, asking the Lord to lead and direct me in his plans for my life and where I should go. I know that the Lord surely led me to Blue Mountain Christian University and that he always makes things turn out for the good when we submit our ways to him. I am Carver O’Neal and I am a junior studying secondary education in social sciences with the hopes of becoming a bi-vocational pastor in the future. I am involved in the Ministerial Association, as well as a member of the Blue Crew in the Office of Admissions. I have also been involved in societies, the BMCU Blue Sound Marching Band, and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes on campus. All proceeds from the book plus additional gifts will be given to support the Jim Futral Endowed Professorship in Biblical Studies and Preaching at Blue Mountain Christian University.

For 21 years, Dr. Jim Futral, Executive Director-Treasurer of the Mississippi Baptist Convention Board, wrote a weekly column in The Baptist Record called Directions. This book, Directions for Each Day of the Year, is a compilation of 366 of those beloved devotional thoughts.
